Following the success of our recent campaign, we’ve raised £5,000 to bring Cook Like an Indian Grandma to life — a heartfelt cookbook inspired by my grandmother’s incredible culinary legacy.
 

For years, my grandmother and I have worked together to document her cherished recipes — a celebration of the spices, stories, and techniques she’s perfected over a lifetime. Interest in her cooking grew rapidly after BBC Good Food featured one of her dishes, sparking messages from people eager to learn more about her methods and unique spice blends. That’s when we knew: it was time to share her food with the world.

We are now seeking a publishing partner to help us produce and distribute the book.

• Fully designed book with completed photography and recipes

• A companion video series featuring guest chefs, ready to launch
